RENTALS OVERVIEW
Renting from Pieter is more than renting space, it's an invitation to join our community! We offer a Community Rentals Program for smaller offerings and a Special Events Program for larger scale events. Read on to learn more about which category your proposed rental falls into.
In order to rent the Pieter studio you must first attend an in-person Orientation. REGISTER
Please read through our Community Agreement and Mission to get a better understanding of who we are as an organization and to ensure that your values are in alignment with those of Pieter Performance Space!

we offer folks who aren’t a member of spacecraft to rent of the space in four ways:
(1) collab with a coop member for a custom rate. You can learn more about them in our bio link. This is to encourage cross collaboration with community members who share our mission.
(2) rent the space for $125 per hour including set up and tear down. This is typically for anyone who has a $50k+ annual operating budget.
(3) access 50% off by becoming a spacecraft ($62.50 per hour). More deets on other membership benefits on website.
(4) pay what you can + barter. This is reserved to local artists who are open to contributing outside of the event. It’s a joy to collab with local artists, and we would love to have more live music at some of our upcoming events.
